Annual inflation figures confirmed

The annual increases in the Retail Prices Index (RPI) and the Consumer Prices Index (CPI) for the 12 months to 30 September 2026 were:

RPI – 3.9%

CPI – 3.6%

These figures will be used to calculate the pension increase due on 1 January 2027.
