This part of the website contains sections for SPS Deferred members and Pensioners. The sections are designed to give general guidance only. More detailed information can be obtained from the Refinitiv Member Services Centre. The Refinitiv Member Services Centre can, however, only give you information. Legally it is not allowed to give you recommendations or suggested courses of action.
SPS members are encouraged to inform the Refinitiv Member Services Centre of any changes to their home address or personal status so that their records are kept up to date. Although we use specialised services and other ways to try to trace members, there are still a number for which we have lost contact and thus cannot pay their due pensions.
Members are also encouraged to have filled in and sent to the Refinitiv Member Services Centre an expression of wish form. It is very important that these are also kept up to date as they are used by the Trustee for guidance when a member dies and benefits are to be paid.
