Important Notice: Change in Trustee Secretariat Provider

The Trustee Secretary plays a vital role in supporting the Trustee to ensure the smooth running of Reuters Supplementary Pension Scheme.  A well-supported Trustee means better governance, timely decision-making, and strong oversight of the Scheme. This helps protect members’ benefits and ensures the Scheme is managed responsibly and transparently.

As part of the Trustee’s dedication to good governance, it carries out regular reviews of providers – and it has recently carried out a review of its Secretariat function. Consequently, Aon has been chosen to provide these services from 1 January 2026. 

What does this mean for you?

From 1 January 2026, Aon is responsible for the trustee secretariat function and managing any member cases that require specialist input, working closely with the Trustee, LSEG pensions team and the Scheme’s administrators, Capita.
