Capita Cyber Incident

We apologise to any members that experienced difficulties contacting the Capita help desk or Hartlink on Friday.  This was because of a cyber incident that affected Capita's computer systems.  Capita have now provided the following update on the incident :https://www.capita.com/news/capita-plc-update-cyber-incident.  

Capita have told us that the helpline is now running as normal.
